Anime Basketball Series. Kurokos Basketball is a Japanese sports manga series written and illustrated by Tadatoshi Fujimaki. They were known as the Generation of Miracles five basketball prodigies who helped lead Teiko Middle Schools basketball team to glory defeating anyone who got in their way.
It is produced by Production IG and directed by Shunsuke Tada it began broadcasting on Mainichi Broadcasting System on April 7 2012 with Tokyo MX Nippon BS Broadcasting and Animax beginning broadcast in the weeks following. All of which is now culminating to an anime release for October 2 2019. A new basketball anime is on the horizon and its name is Ahiru no Sora The manga was first released in 2004 and has enjoyed a warm welcome from the manga community.
Kurokos Basketball is an anime series adapted from the manga series of the same name by Tadatoshi Fujimaki.
